Vijay Sethupathi is one of the leading actors in Tamil cinema. Born in Rajapalayam, he started his career as an accountant.
He chose acting as an accountant because he did not like the job. He has acted in many films like Pizza, Soodhu Kavvum, Jigarthanda, etc. and has carved a niche for himself in Tamil cinema.
His recent film Maharaja was well received by the public. Maharaja is Vijay Sethupathi’s 50th film and like many actors, it is the 50th mass hit.

After this, he is going to act in a web series. Actor Manikandan, who has created a fan base for himself by acting in the film Good Night, will be pairing with actor Vijay Sethupathi for this series.
The web series will reportedly be produced by Disney+Hotstar. The web series has also been titled Muthu alias Kattan.
