Shiva is a college going lad hangs around with his friends (M.S.Bhaskar, Manobala, Moorthy). He falls in love instantly with Disha Pandey. But her father doesn’t approve their love as Shiva is poor. So, he becomes a millionaire within five minutes. Later, it is revealed that he’s an undercover cop who wants to exterminate the criminals in the city.
